Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Analyze more complex product specifications, parts drawings, and other engineering data to develop new production processes, estimate time requirements for each step, and prepare operation sheets Analyze existing production processes and develop recommendations for changes to working methods or operation sequences that will minimize risks, costs, and wastage; increase yields and productivity; and improve the quality and consistency of final products Lead, direct and evaluate a team of Engineers to ensure the organization's engineering strategy is implemented effectively within established budgets and the organization complies with all relevant regulations, laws and standards Lead person for engineering issues and improvement project with customers Maintain and update ME procedures, instructions and standard work Coach and mentor less experienced engineers Establish and maintain good safety and housekeeping practices among employees

EH&S:

Support and participate in the EH&S programs and activities within the company Report all incidents (injuries, illnesses, near misses, spills etc), hazardous conditions, and emergencies to his/her supervisor Responsible for performing a risk assessment of work activities, taking corrective and preventive actions Comply with EH&S regulations/policies/programs/rules and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Participate in audits and inspections as and when required Attend EH&S training programs and takes personal responsibility for safety

Ethics & Compliance:

Understand and carry out work performance in compliance with the UTC Code of Ethics, its Supplements and governing policies and the International Trade Policies and Procedures

ACE:

Support the Continuous Improvement programs and ACE activities within the company Minimum ACE Associate certification under ACP

Provide a quality product/service that satisfies our customers' needs and expectations the first time, every time Emphasize a total quality management process which provides accuracy, and strict compliance with agency regulations and customer requirements, giving the highest degree of confidence; understanding that meeting the requirements of the next employee in the work flow process is just as important as meeting the needs of external customer

Qualification & Requirement:

Degree in an Engineering discipline (Aerospace, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Material). At least 8 years of experiences in relevant skills, industry(precision manufacturing, aerospace related industry) Preferred Skills (if any): People management experiences Demonstrate high level of attention to details. Ability to be Flexible and adapt to changing priorities. Ability to analyze information and quickly solve problems. Experience with metrology standards and equipment. Basic MS Excel, Word skills.
