Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Involve in meeting with customers related to ship defect & other related issues.
- To prepare service acceptances, reports upon completion of defect rectification.
- Involve in planning, scheduling & giving of jobs to production team daily.
- Able to provide suggestions/ideas to assist customers in solving problems
- Monitoring of jobs to ensure on time completion
- Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act.
- Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements.
- Involves in project
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Marine Engineering
- At least 1 year experience in Marine and heavy industry sector
- Understanding of basic principles of air conditioning, refrigeration and heating will be an advantage.
- Possess positive attitude
- Possess basic understanding of basic components and functions of mechanical systems
- Able to read simple drawings and service reports
- Basic communication with customers.
- Good teamwork
- Location: Pioneer Sector (Daily Transportation Reimbursed To and Fro)
- 5 days work week
- Working Hours: 7.45am-5pm
