The primary focus of the role is to support the 24 by 7 surveillance function of StarHub's services, network infrastructure and devices, to provide round-the-clock fault management & technical support to meet the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform shifts in Network Operation Centre (24 by 7) to provide StarHub's network surveillance and fault management support for various network elements and related services
Provide adequate and proactive monitoring to our network and services
Provide effective and timely problem management including problem identification, tracking, isolation, troubleshooting, notification, escalation and resolution.
Coordinate network changes, maintenance and enhancements to maintain the highest standard of availability and reliability possible to the network
Liaise with key stakeholders across local & international segments to manage and resolve connectivity issues
