• System operations to provide smooth service availability for BizVoice, SIP trunk and Mobile Voice Recording.
• Support C5 migration for SIP Trunk service from Cisco (Broadsoft) to Huawei C5 system.
• Support internal and external audit preparations and exercise for the system.
• Handle and negotiate R & M contract and plan for Opex budget.

Skills for Success:

• Degree in Eletrical Engineering or IT.
• 1 year of Telco experience with Diploma or equivalent with work experience in TCP/IP networking.
• System knowledge of Fujitsu/Broadsoft/Huawei with database skills.
• Possess TCP/IP networking, SIP protocol, Solaris OS knowledge and Linux knowledge.
