Come join us today as we build Singtel's Networks of tomorrow, and Empower Every Generation to live, work and play in new ways!Make an Impact by:Support IPTV team in the expansion of IPTV and OTT infrastructure to meet BAU growth.Ensure the IPTV method of procedures for change activities are validated thoroughly before it rollout to Production platform.Perform onsite change activities and attend to faults after normal office hours when required.Interface with IPTV stakeholders to perform on-site System Integration Tests and User Acceptance Tests.Interface with vendors and other Singtel teams for the project implementation.Support network and security systems ensuring security in operation.Involve in IPTV/OTT network design, architecture and implementation.Responsible for the deployment, operations and maintenance of IPTV and OTT systems and applications and provide support in incident management.Manage and maintain performance dashboard for the IPTV and OTT infrastructure.Create and update technical documentations for projects.Responsible for incident management competency including more in-depth troubleshooting using debugger, probes, scripts, syslogs, etc. liaison with vendors Tech Support or R&D for fault diagnosis & escalation.Skills for Success:Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering.5-7 years of relevant IT experience.Minimum 4 years of experience in configuring Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Windows Server, Active Directory.Preferably attained any network and security certifications.Good knowledge of IPTV/OTT technology and architecture.Good understanding of network system, network architecture, routing, switching, firewall.Knowledge of scripting (Python, PowerShell) for automation is preferred.Proficient understanding of change management and method of procedure frameworkRewards that Go Beyond
