Job Description
As RAM Operations Engineer, you will be primarily responsible for supporting the smooth operations of RAM lots and tools including but not limited to optimizing RAM tool performance and cost-saving projects. You will be managing lots disposition and tools operation ensuring on time completion of lot measurements, without any quality issues or errors. You will work closely with other teams like HVM RAM to maintain metrology and RDA processes and with respective process owners to ensure actions are carried out without much delay, in compliance to specs / procedures. Coordinate and conduct training/briefing for operations team on procedures and best-known methods (BKM) or any other changes as communicated by supervisor. Responsible for KPI metrics associated with operational performance tracking and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance metrology and RDA processes. Responsible to ensure end-to-end project execution including productivity and RPT reduction projects to meet operational requirements. Basic analysis of measurement data including performing GR&R and troubleshooting of RAM tools and performance to support investigation for process deviations. Follow safety procedures and area work rules. Support any other adhoc assignments by supervisor as and when required.
