Introduction:
We are seeking a technically skilled and motivated AI/ML Engineer to join our team in enhancing Optical Proximity Correction (OPC) processes through advanced automation and predictive modeling. This role involves developing AI/ML solutions, automating data workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation in semiconductor manufacturing.
Your Job:

• Develop and deploy AI/ML models to predict and mitigate OPC weak points.
• Automate data collection, analysis, and reporting using Python, MySQL, Tcl, Perl, and Power BI.
• Maintain and enhance internal websites using JavaScript, PHP, and HTML.
• Manage and optimize MySQL databases to support OPC data pipelines and tool integration.
• Collaborate with OPC engineers and GFIT teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Balance and prioritize multiple high-impact projects effectively.
• Ensure robustness, scalability, and compliance of all deployed solutions.
• Coach and mentor student interns or junior team members as needed.

• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python, MySQL, Tcl, Perl, and csh scripting.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as XGBoost, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
• Proficiency in MySQL and database design for high-volume data environments.
• Hands-on experience with automation and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
• Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes, particularly OPC.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
• Effective communication skills for engineering-level collaboration.
