Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Establish and improve process condition and technology.
• Upgrade process capability and reduce production cost.
• Establish and modify process management projects.
• Set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment.

• Evaluation, promotion and planning of new equipment / materials.
• Abnormal analysis and improvement.
  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering or related Science studies
• Highly motivated and adaptable to our fast-paced , dynamic and rapidly changing work environment. Flexibility to work for extended hours as required
• Strong communication with ability to convey the message clearly and sharply
