Responsibilities:

Provide Engineering support to Operations for one or multiple MRO programs. Duties include:

Dispose IRR and prepare engineering repair quote

Perform repair assessment and prepare repair routings/instructions using SAP

Develop creative repair scheme for out of manual repairs

Review engineering repair system and identify improvement opportunities

Monitor production repair progress to meet customer TAT expectations

Support quality investigation, cost reduction and continuous improvement

Function as key engineering focal to liaise with Customer engineering group (focal) for repair approvals

Liaise with other GRA MROs to develop generic repairs

Support airworthiness compliance and customer requirements

Provide repair trainings to engineering, quality and operation teams or customers

Requirements:

Degree in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering 1 to 3 years of aviation experience would be an advantage

Candidates without aviation experience will be considered

Ability to read blue prints and engineering documents

Knowledge of design and structural analysis would be beneficial

Proficient in MS Office applications Independent, self-motivated and able to work in a fast paced environment

A team player with a positive attitude and keen interest to learn Candidates with more experience will be hired for a more senior position
