Work closely with the Sales team to understand and define client\xe2\x80\x99s key business drivers and requirements
Support Sales team throughout the contract lifecycle, including being present at client review meetings to identify opportunities to upsell existing accounts
Liaise with clients to develop project documentation, such as Statement of Work and implementation plans
Communicate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure effective delivery of projects
Lead a group of vendors during the implementation phase to ensure deliverables are punctual with no downtime during the course of work
Propose technically viable solutions that satisfies client requirements and add value to the overall proposal
Ensure all documents and drawings are in place before handover to Service Operations team.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
3 to 5 years of experience in data Centre A&A works is a must
Able to work in a fast paced environment
A team player with the ability to work alongside subject matter experts to deliver projects on time
Knowledge in M&E systems setup, ability to interpret drawings/schematic diagrams
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Willingness to work on weekends or after office hours if and when necessary.
