Plan, schedule, and monitor daily site activities to ensure progress and quality meet project timelines.
Liaise with consultants, main contractors, and sub-contractors to resolve technical and site issues promptly.
Prepare, review, and update technical drawings, method statements, and material submissions.
Conduct inspections and ensure workmanship meets HDB standards and specifications.
Manage testing and commissioning of P&S systems.
Ensure all works comply with
HDB, PUB, and other relevant authority regulations
.
Support the project team in documentation, reporting, and project handover processes.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Civil / Building Services Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of relevant P&S experience
, with at least
1 years in HDB projects
.
Strong knowledge of
HDB, PUB, and relevant authority requirements
.
Able to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple site tasks.
