Job Description

Job Scope:

Liaising and coordination with consultants, contractors and OEM testing commissioning to get as-build quantity. Prepare track record for PR/PO status against BOM with relate trades (material, equipment, instrument, installation, commissioning, etc) Follow up project schedule by monitoring project progress to prepare project claim. Determines project schedule by studying project plans and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements. Able to work together with business development department for tender proposal. Attend the weekly and monthly project meetings to update the status and activity of the project. Assist Senior/ Project Engineer in the preparation of progress report related to project claim Able to work independently and less supervision required. Willing to work late or during weekends when required. With sound knowledge of process piping installation and equipment installation. Work together with project engineer/CM/PM for RFI and variation orders.

Requirements:

Knowledge of QA/QC and quantity surveyor scope. Ability to read, understand & demonstrate the P&ID and PFD drawings to site work. Proficient to read and understand engineering plan drawings like piping and pipe support plan, equipment layout mechanical installation plan. Proficient to read and understand engineering plan CIVIL, structure and Architectural drawings. Able to understand Fire Fighting and Alarm systems. Proficient with Microsoft office application and Microsoft project or equivalent and familiar with Google doc * Familiar with Singapore and international codes /Regulations related piping, construction
