The Client
Adecco is partnering with a renowned transportation and railway company where the selected candidate will be playing a key role in ensuring the safety, reliability, and efficiency of Singapore's rail infrastructure. This includes contributing to the design, implementation, monitoring, and continual improvement of asset management, maintenance, and operational frameworks.

The Job:

• Monitor and analyse rail system performance (signalling, communications, power, rolling stock, etc.) to ensure safety and reliability.
• Evaluate and improve existing operations and maintenance processes using data analytics and digital tools.
• Collaborate with system operators and maintenance contractors to ensure compliance with performance and safety standards.
• Participate in the design and implementation of predictive maintenance and condition monitoring systems.
• Support asset lifecycle management, including technical evaluations, renewals, and system upgrades.
• Use system data to troubleshoot faults, identify root causes, and recommend corrective and preventive measures.
• Develop and enhance digital systems for maintenance tracking, fault reporting, and asset performance monitoring.
• Drive innovation and automation initiatives to modernize the operations and maintenance landscape.

The Talent:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields.
• 2-5 years of experience in engineering roles related to infrastructure, transportation, or industrial systems (fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome).
• Familiarity with system integration, control systems, and/or embedded systems is an advantage.
• Experience or knowledge in data analytics, IoT, or automation tools is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Able to work collaboratively across teams and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
