Opportunity

As part of a dynamic infrastructure team responsible for transforming digital services in DSTA, you will:

• design, implement and integrate infrastructure systems that support applications and collaborations across different networks
• provide system support to ensure high degree of maintainability
• participate in the exploration of new technologies and proof-of-concepts to validate ideas and system designs
• collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to address business needs and develop new capabilities for the organization
• drive system management/operations improvements and implement best practices to ensure system resiliency, performance and compliance to IT system policies

Requirements

• Degree in any Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge and familiarity with government IT security policies and processes will be an added advantage
• Experience in implementing server virtualization, hyperconverged technologies, Windows and Linux environments, messaging systems, storage and backup systems.
• Knowledge and familiarity with Cloud technologies, Splunk and basic coding/scripting skills will be an added advantage
