Job description
In your new role you will:

• In-depth understanding on the semiconductor industry, product testing engineering, backend operations and manufacturing processes
• Exposure to various digitalization and artificial intelligence projects and relevant project management skills
• Hands on experience in coding and data processing related to data analytics and machine learning and other AI techniques
• Manage and support digitalization or artificial intelligence projects from ideation to deployment with a systematic approach to achieve productivity, yield, quality, and other business goals
• Perform statistics-based engineering analysis including data preparation and processing to discover or validate business value
• Develop and deploy digitalization solutions to support business or engineering need
• Collaborate with various technical experts and stakeholders to meet project or business goals within timeline

Your profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Candidate with no working experiences are welcome to applied
• 1-3 years of working experience in engineering or business analysis is an advantage
• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree student in the field of Engineering, Computer Science / Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent technical areas.
• Knowledge in statistics, or advanced data analytic techniques is a must
• Knolwedge in data science is an advantage
• Proficient in data analytics, data processing and visualization using python, Tableau or other programming languages
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, design thinking experience is an advantage
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholders
