Job Description


Maximize test equipment uptime & capacity for production requirements

  • Control & manage resources to maximize test equipment uptime & capacity for production requirements.
  • - Modify, install & improve test systems and test procedures.
  • - Control cost & forecast budget / expenditure.
  • - Maintain documentation system.
  • - Participate in employee involvement team.
  • - Conduct regular PM on test equipment.
  • - Provide training to Test Engineering Assistant / Technician.
  • - Perform special projects.
  • - Resolve all test hardware & software issues to meet zero TPF.
  • - Develop & drive action of the test TTT for all products.
  • - Modify test software to enhance test method.
  • Degree preferably with 3-year experience in Manufacturing.
  • Independent and able to work under minimum supervision
  • Ability to develop good working relationship with colleagues and vendors.
  • Good organizing skills, Microsoft Excel/Word/PPT
  • Familiar with typical test equipment
  • Task driven to see things through completion
