Job Description

• Lead the team of Assistant Engineers (AE) and Technical Officers (TO) in performing Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) tasks in compliance with relevant standard procedures and instructions contained in Quality Procedures, Work Specifications, Work Instructions, and any relevant change instructions disseminated.
• Supervises and ensures that PM and CM works are executed in accordance with the established standard procedures/requirements.
• Responsible for the safety of self, and peers at the workplace; off and on trackside throughout the working period.
• To prepare SMM monthly maintenance report.
• To prepare ATW/PTW for Sentosa Monorail systems equipment PM or CM works for clients\xe2\x80\x99 approval.
• Ensures plan scheduled PM and CM are performed timely.
• Carries out monitoring, review, and follow-up where appropriate on Monorail systems and equipment performance under his charge.
• Manages and controls maintenance spares.
• Plans the yearly and monthly maintenance schedule for all trains, and depot equipment as well as the night work schedule to meet SDC contract requirements.
• Coordinates with clients (SDC) pertaining to the schedule of Preventive Maintenance (PM), Corrective Maintenance (CM) works, equipment tests, and other ad-hoc jobs.
• Liaise/coordinates with subcontractors in the servicing and the MOM certification of depot equipment and ensures that works are completed on time and meet SDC requirement.
• Prepares minutes of meetings and attends progress meetings with client (SDC).
• Performs SMM administration works including planning of duty roster, approval of OT, leave, petty cash submission, staff coverage, etc.
• Draft all relevant documents like work instructions, work records, etc.
• Certification of staff (AE/TO) after staff have satisfied all the necessary training requirements.
• Raise PRs and evaluation of the RFQ submission.
• Manage and execute Variation Orders (VOs).
• Perform tasks assigned by the supervisor.
• Working location is at Sentosa Island.
