Job Responsibilities:
Provide service and support for security solution deployed at customers' premises
Understand the mechanics of equipment in the security solution.
Know the functionality of each equipment deployed to the security system.
Provide hands on preventive maintenance service on equipment deployed.
Provide and maintain good customer support.
Ensure backup information in the security system.
Respond to fault calls promptly
Attend to troubleshooting and repairs of equipment.
Ensure timely and smooth progress of works.
Ensure good quality of work and abide to safety & environmental regulations.
