Job Description

Developing detailed construction plans, blueprints, and project schedules. Preparing cost estimates, managing budgets, and ensuring the proper allocation of materials, equipment, and labour. Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress, ensure quality control, and verify compliance with project specifications and regulations. Preparing work schedules in collaboration with the project manager Liaising with architects, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth project flow and clear communication. Overseeing construction engineering processes. Addressing and resolving technical issues, conflicts, or discrepancies that emerge during the construction process. Implementing and monitoring safety best practices, ensuring adherence to building codes, and upholding environmental guidelines. Ensuring that the construction project is completed on time and within budget. Documenting processes and keeping detailed construction logs. * Preparing progress reports, maintaining project records, and submitting necessary documentation to senior management and stakeholders.
