Develop cable routing plans and ensure proper coordination with site conditions.
Draft lighting layouts, power layouts, and related drawings using AutoCAD.
Prepare and compile Green Mark reports in line with sustainability and compliance standards.
Draft and update single-line diagrams for electrical distribution systems.
Prepare preventive maintenance checklists and schedules for M&E systems.
-have Facility management experience - routine maintenance schedules and emergency repairs
Liaise with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of works.
* Support site inspections, testing, and documentation, including preparation of Certificates of Completion and monthly reports.
