Job Description

Equipment Installation:

Assist in the installation and setup of various equipment at client sites.

Routine Maintenance:

Perform scheduled maintenance checks on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Troubleshooting:

Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.


4.

Customer Support:

Provide technical support to customers, address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.


5.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure compliance with company quality standards and regulatory requirements during service operations. Adhere to all health and safety regulations and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Requirements

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in heavy equipment industry. * Technical knowledge and hands-on skills on monitoring, troubleshooting, servicing and maintenance would be an added advantage.
