Maintenance

Provide technical services to maintain and troubleshoot back-end systems of Traffic Management Systems. Provide day-to-day onsite and remote support on workstations and network equipment such as routers, firewall, switches, servers and storage. Follow Preventive Maintenance work schedules to specified standards and procedures and maintain all relevant written records. Attend and carry out Fault Finding and Diagnosis of systems breakdowns, both on a mechanical and electrical basis, with a focus on providing high levels of service and response times. Maintain records of all breakdowns and repairs allowing for analysis and compliance with ISO standards. Provide support in root cause analysis identified by team members together with the Superior. Provide 24/7 on-call and stand-by duty for maintenance and other operational support. Train and guide team members on the maintenance process, procedures, and systems. Sourcing for reasonable and reliable procurement of equipment. Committed to attend to any operational and maintenance issues. Handle customer's inquiry, request and complaints in a professional manner and efficient way. Proactive in problem solving and following up and close all incidents, issues and requests timely.

Project

Attend project related activities that include deployment in setting up of Back-End system, installation and testing that comply with client's technical requirements. Lead and monitor technician for project installation site work. Provide support in conducting site survey. Responsible for the documentation of technical design details and in proper filing in accordance to ISO requirements. Participate in technical discussion and provide technical assistance in preparation for all support to tender requirements. To follow all company business operation and SOP at all times. Participate actively in Health Safety and Environment programs and activities in order to achieve Company's KPIs, ISO 14001 objectives and target. Proactively rectify any abnormalities, unsafe acts or unsafe situations and report to supervisor accordingly. Maintain high standard of housekeeping at all times. Perform Ad-Hoc duties as and when assigned by immediate supervisor

Requirements

Diploma / Degree Electronic, Electrical Engineering or other related fields At least 3 years of relevant working experience. Possess a valid Class 3 or 2B license to operate company vehicle Fast Learner and can work under pressure. Resourceful, team player and able to work independently. Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with all levels of internal and external users. * Willing to assume standby duties after office hours and provide onsite support, if required.
