Able to interpret civil, structural drawings and details Lead, coordinate and mange civil & structure of the project To lead the C&S Team in planning and execution of day - to - day operations Ensure civil and structural requirements meet project submission and project schedule Be responsible for the planning and scheduling of time and resources for building construction projects Responsible for all on-site technical and engineering matters To monitor project progress and schedule and track the progress and time required when there is a delay/disruption to project Execute overall scheduling and specific planning work Experienced in performing construction planning, and to co-ordinate with the client, sub-contractors, consultants and Authorities on all project aspects To Assist Project Manager in monthly progress claims and monthly progress reports * Able to do quotation,safety document & etc.
