Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to plan, organize, and oversee day-to-day calibration operations within our group.


The role involves both field and technical responsibilities -- ensuring that all projects are executed to the highest standards of safety, accuracy, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Planning & Supervision

Plan, organize, and manage daily operations to meet project and client requirements. Supervise job scheduling, manpower allocation, and resource control for multiple assignments. Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements at all times.

Technical & Project Execution

Conduct site visits and review drawings/specifications prior to quotation and job execution. Lead or assist in Shore Tank and Ship Tank Calibration (EODR, 3D Laser, and Wet Methods). Review and verify calibration reports prior to issuance. Prepare, update, and maintain operational and safety procedures to ensure continued relevance and effectiveness.

Client & Business Development

Provide technical advice and recommendations to clients on calibration or verification requirements. Support business development activities through technical presentations and client engagement. Ensure client satisfaction through responsive communication and quality deliverables.

Equipment & Resource Management

Maintain and ensure proper upkeep of all calibration instruments and department assets. Raise purchase requisitions for new or replacement equipment as required. Ensure that calibration tools and equipment meet quality and safety standards.

Training & Quality Assurance

Mentor and train team members to achieve required technical competency levels. Uphold quality management and ensure that all processes adhere to the company's QA Manual and ISO requirements. Perform ad-hoc assignments as directed by management.

Requirements

Diploma in any

Engineering discipline

(Mechanical, Civil, or related fields). Minimum

2 years of working experience

, preferably in tank calibration, surveying, or oil & gas operations. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail. Excellent coordination, leadership, and team management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Effective communication and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight schedules. Strong commitment to quality, safety, and integrity in all operations. Possession of

Singapore Class 3 driving license

will be an advantage.
