Responsibilities :


Design Audio, Visual and Control Systems, KVM matrix and CCTV systems. Project implementation from design, install, programme, configure, training, commission and handover of the system. Project maintenance and services. Technical support in pre-sales stage included but not limited to proof of concepts, system and product demonstration. Technical support to sales team and ensure that the sales team are properly equipped with necessary technology skill sets and knowledge. Conduct presentation to customers, co-ordinate any pre-sales concerned involving proof of concepts, system and product demonstration. Assist sales team to help define and close opportunities for sales lead. Actively source for new technologies, innovative solutions, and evaluate them (including competitor analysis). Work closely with the sales team to plan and design a competitive and comprehensive technical solution. Prepare and delivery technical presentations, training and seminars to channel partners and prospects. Able to scope customer's requirements and translate them into a technical proposal. Fulfil tender or proposal requirements, ensure comprehensive solution with compelling value proposition. Provide quotation to customers for run rate components related to specific brands represented by the company Other task assigned on a daily basis.
Requirements :


4 years relevant experience. Strong knowledge of AV/KVM system integration and IT networking. Working knowledge of room control systems, audio DSP, video matrices, processors and KVM preferred. Knowledge of video conferencing systems. Strong customer service and organisational skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise good judgement. Ability to design and implement AV wiring diagrams and schematics Ability to work with AV integrators as partners and maintain a good relationship with partners and clients. Detailed oriented. Ability to maintain a neat bearing in front of clients. Demonstrated problem solving and consultative skills in a fast paced environment. * Fluent in conversational and written English.
