Role Summary:

We are seeking a proactive, capable Engineer to join the technology/engineering team under the CTO. The successful candidate will assist in the design, development, deployment and maintenance of technical solutions, participate in architecture and implementation, and collaborate across disciplines to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the CTO and engineering leadership to understand business and technical objectives. Participate in the design and development of systems, applications, infrastructure components. Assist with architecture, design reviews, and ensure technical standards and best practice are followed. Monitor and maintain systems, troubleshoot performance or reliability issues. Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, operations, QA, security) to deliver integrated solutions. Produce documentation, maintain code repositories, support peer reviews. Stay current with emerging technology, tools and industry trends, and bring forward improvement suggestions. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, deployment automation, monitoring, reliability and scalability.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Civil/Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline). 2-5 years of hands-on engineering experience (software, systems, infrastructure depending on your focus). Good understanding of systems architecture, databases, APIs, network/infrastructure fundamentals. Strong analytical, debugging and problem-solving skills. Solid communication and collaboration skills, ability to work in a team and liaise across functions. * Commitment to quality, including writing testable, maintainable code and documentation.
