Responsibilities

• Design, install, implement, migrate, support and troubleshoot servers and management applications for the Data Centre
• Software patching for workstations and servers on premise
• Software Package creation and deployment testing
• Handle maintenance requests such as new version, Upgrade, Patch and Scripts.
• Troubleshooting and maintenance of existing infrastructure
• Able to review and provide recommendation on current infrastructure

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on relevant technical support experience in a Systems Integration environment
• Preferred with some experience in Operating System, Microsoft/ UNIX/ LINUX/ Red Hat and administration in OS imaging, MDT, and Task sequence troubleshooting.
• Require candidate skilled in IT Infrastructure Operation and/or Support (LAN/WAN/Systems) with some experience in IT Security
• Preferred with experience in tools & technologies such as Microsoft SQL, Visual Studio, Operation System Imaging, monitoring tools, Software Management Tools & Packaging, etc.
• Have experience in System/Virtualization infrastructure engineering and support in testing & Training environment
