Engineer
Job Description
1) To manage contractors for all project works, minor and major works
2) To attend site meetings for project, maintenance and repair works
3) To conduct buidling inspections and reporting of defects
4) To manage and coordinate all project, maintenance & repair works (M&E and C&S)
5) To submit, monitor and update project master schedule for all project works
6) To manage and lead team of Engineers and technical officers in fulfilling the contract scope of requirements and responsibilities.
7) To manage and provide technical support for M&E services under IFM and A&A projects
8) Attend meetings with clients , consultants and strategic partners
9) Manage work schedules, project timeline and overseeing maintenance works
10) Manage Minor / Major repairs and replacement (LCR) for M&E systems
11) To be involved in Innovation and sustainability
12) To have good engineering solving skill sets when encountering failures in M&E / building & Infrastructure systems
