\xe2\x98\x90 Oversee and monitor daily work activities including corrective works and rectification action from start of work till completion of work including end user customer satisfaction and meeting\xe2\x98\x90 Oversee and monitor of Service Contracts and supervising the contractors in their Preventive and Breakdown maintenance, including arranging with end-users for equipment/facilities shutdown to facilitate the maintenance works achieving minimum disruption to operation\xe2\x98\x90 Assessment and perform evaluation of equipment for condemnation and performing Testing & Commissioning of new equipment/facilities including review of method of statement, risk assessment, work schedule and site preparation work\xe2\x98\x90 Preparing specification for RFQ, conduct site showground, evaluation and implementation of minor improvement works\xe2\x98\x90 Assist in verification of vendors/contractors billing, checklist, safe work procedures and recommendations for improvement works/service contract work and progress claims\xe2\x98\x90 Compilation of Work Requests, project documents for audit, Preventive Maintenance records and updating of other related documentation for monthly report submission\xe2\x98\x90 Responsible for the monitoring and documentation of all maintenance records, services contracts and authority licenses\xe2\x98\x90 Able to handle Addition and Alteration jobs, End of life replament of equipments individually\xe2\x98\x90Cover duties of engineers and technical staff.
