Are you well-versed in workplace safety? As wexe2x80x99ll rely on you to develop and carry out an elaborate preventative program for managing sites. Youxe2x80x99ll also make sure that all essential site activitiesxe2x80x94including the maintenance of electrical, mechanical, plumbing and equipmentxe2x80x94are performed in a safe and efficient manner; complying with policies and requirements set out by the government, our client and our own management teams. Your expertise in critical environment procedures may also help.Putting best practices in placeDo you like sharing ideas to improve the work process? As our facilities engineer, youxe2x80x99ll contribute to the creation of engineering service delivery standards. Youxe2x80x99ll also help in the planning, implementation and review of site-specific processes and protocols.On top of these, youxe2x80x99ll plan the maintenance inventory being carried out with our in-house teams. No machine failures of critical equipment should escape your sharp eye. You should, then, also be ready with a pre-emptive maintenance programme for these malfunctions to prevent the risk of sudden breakdownsPromoting client satisfactionIn this role, youxe2x80x99ll build and maintain positive tenant relationships by providing excellent customer services that follow key performance indicators agreed by the client and the company.
