Responsibilities

MRO Operation Support

\xc2\xb7 Design and create tooling drawing to support MRO activities. Tooling includes assembly jigs, ground support equipment, shop tooling aids, machining fixtures, handling tools, etc.

\xc2\xb7 Create drawing and guidelines for tooling set-up and utilization.

\xc2\xb7 Liaise with internal and external machining facilities for tooling fabrication.

\xc2\xb7 Engage and coordinate with operation teams to ensure all MRO tools are well organized and good conditions. Ensure safe working practices.

\xc2\xb7 Trouble-shoot, provide engineering solutions and improvements for tooling technical problems.

\xc2\xb7 Support tooling periodical calibration for assembly jigs, load testing etc. Maintain and update calibration records.

\xc2\xb7 Support quality investigation, continuous improvement and innovation development.

Requirements

Education & Experience

\xc2\xb7 Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Design Engineering. OR

\xc2\xb7 Diploma holder with 4-6 years working experience in Manufacturing and/or Tooling Design will be considered.

Skills

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge in machining and rapid prototyping would be beneficial

\xc2\xb7 Ability to interpret technical drawings, geometric dimensioning, and tolerance.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to use various measurement instruments.

\xc2\xb7 Proficient in MS Office and CATIA V5 applications

\xc2\xb7 Use of laser trackers for tooling calibration is added advantage

\xc2\xb7 Independent, self-motivated and able to work in a fast paced environment

\xc2\xb7 A team player with a positive attitude and keen interest to learn

\xc2\xb7 Good interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
