:Engineer (Vision System)\xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfSalary: $4,000 - $5,000\xef\xbb\xbfLocation: EastResponsibilities :

• Experience in integrating vision systems with automated processes, motion control based on model data, mathematical modeling experience and creating software solutions.
• Work in a multi-discipline team to aid in the collection and validation of system requirements.
• Create automated inspection and guidance solutions using vision and other sensing technology.
• Provide hands-on implementation and mentoring.
• Create innovative technical concepts, ensure costing and schedule to successfully deliver the project.
• Maintain knowledge of new vision, automation and sensing technology.
• Detailed design specification generation.
• Provide internal and on-site integration support.
• Aid in the creation of test plans and documentation.

Requirements :

• Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in Electrical Engineering/Electronics/Computer Science with min three (3) years of relevant experience.
• Experience working with vision system database.
• Knowledge of camera, light, and lens selection for applications ranging from defect detection to part location.
• Programming background with high-level languages such as Visual C#, WPF, C++ and Python.
• Experience in developing vision system with Halcon and Opteon camera.
• Good knowledge in machine vision programming and experiences.
• Good experience in automation controls, motors & sensors like PLC, CTC, Beckoff PC and controllers, servo & stepper motors.
• Familiarity with wiring/cabling size/terminations and load/temperature requirements.
• Familiarity with industrial machinery design.
• Skilled in the utilization of statistical analysis.
• 5 days work week.
• Transport provided at Bedok MRT station.
