Job Description

What the role is:
As an Engineer/Executive Engineer with Changi Water Reclamation Plant, your responsibilities would include, but not limited to, the following:
What you will be working on:
xefx82xa7 Lead a team of assistant engineers and contractors to perform scheduled (predictive & preventive) and unscheduled (breakdown) maintenance works safely xefx82xa7 Assist supervisor to devise maintenance plan and budget, procure essential spares, monitor spares inventory and utilisation of expenditures xefx82xa7 Involve in the safety/work/energy improvement projects and initiatives, review work process/procedure for optimised equipment's performance and efficiency xefx82xa7 Prepare tender/quotation specifications, call and evaluate tender/quotation, manage contracts, raise WO/PO/CC/GRN, certify service report and goods receipt note etc and keep good records using the asset management system (AMS) xefx82xa7 Maintain communications and ensure close collaboration with stakeholders (consultants, contractors, OEMs, suppliers) as means of keeping abreast of the latest products and work practices. Participate in workshops related to plant expansion, modification.
