What the role is:The incumbent\'s job responsibilities include but are not limited to:What you will be working on:
Processing of submissions submitted by Qualified Persons, Professional Engineers and Contractors using IT portal; \xe2\x80\xa2 Administering contracts, processing payments and managing outsourced contractors to perform site surveillance; \xe2\x80\xa2 Engaging and conducting outreach to agencies/private developers/contractors /industry professionals on technical requirements relating to construction activities; \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinating across departments/divisions and business units for matters arising from works carried out near water pipe infrastructures; \xe2\x80\xa2 Investigating, collating evidence and recommending enforcement actions for construction activities related offences; \xe2\x80\xa2 Reviewing, recommending enhancements and presenting the relevant Acts and Regulations \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaising with various agencies/authorities on issues relating to water pipe infrastructures; \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparing and presenting construction activities statistics and status to management and industries; \xe2\x80\xa2 Working with both internal and external stakeholders on existing and new IT systems for the purpose of submissions and site surveillance.
