Job Description
Position: Engineering Assistant (Contract)
Contract: Period: 12 months
Located: Serangoon (Little India)
Salary: $2,500.00 per month
Workdays: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8.30am to 6.00pm (Mon to Thurs) & 8.30am to 5.30pm (Friday)
JOB SCOPE:
- Working closely with programme planning managers in the handling of on-going infrastructure projects.
- Provide support such as reviewing of contractors' submissions, progress monitoring, data collation & analysis
- Attending meetings with contractors and preparation of presentation materials.
- All the above work will be performed under direction and supervision of a Programme Planning Manager
- Those without experience are welcome to apply, on-the- job training will be provided
- Candidates with scheduling experience will be preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Organised, analytical and meticulous
- Willing to travel to construction sites occasionally
