JOB SUMMARY To assist Engineers in process flow improvement, troubleshooting, maintaining and making engineering improvement to the automation lines. Responsibilities included process line setup, pr JOB SUMMARY To assist Engineers in process flow improvement, troubleshooting, maintaining and making engineering improvement to the automation lines. Responsibilities included process line setup, profile fine tuning, resolve quality issues and support day-to-day manufacturing activities. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Identify and manage process improvements relating to product quality, cost, cycle time and manufacturing line efficiencies. Analyze, propose and implement corrective action plans to resolve quality issues. Provide line support and optimization of yield improvement plans. Assist in product transfer. Set up BOM, prepare Venture Standard Operating Procedure and Engineering Alert. Conduct training for the Production Associates. Perform any other duties as assigned by Company. Be the team PLAYER to process and production team. Ensure readiness for both NPI and Mass production. Assist engineers in daily task EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE Diploma in Mechanical/Manufacturing, Electrical or Electronic Engineering. Experience in a highly competitive product manufacturing environment preferred.
