Industry: US MNC Automotive industry

Location: Ang Mo Kio

Working hours: Rotating shift

Salary Range: Up to $3,800.00 + OT pay

Senior / Engineering Assistant, Production

  • Provide engineering support to manufacturing equipment and processes
  • Carry out Preventative Maintenance of production equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair faulty production equipment
  • Improve and upgrading of Production equipment hardware and control (software)
  • identify and rectify process problems for quality improvement/scrap reduction
  • Updated and control of equipment spare parts
  • Installation and qualification of new processes and equipment
  • Support new program/model start-up
  • Support Production Overtime on weekdays, weekends, Sundays, and Public holidays
  • Minimizing machine downtime, scrap raw materials/products
  • Maintaining correct spare parts inventory and product quality
  • Communicating with production operators/supervisors and other support groups
Requirements
  • Diploma Holders in Electrical and Electronic with minimally 3 years of practical experience
  • Proficient in PLC programming
  • Must be willing to work rotating shifts and support OT
