Location: Ang Mo Kio
Working hours: 830am to 530pm (Monday to Friday)
Engineering Assistant, Quality
\xef\xbb\xbf- Responsible for driving corrective action plan for the Quality department
- Facilitate sample analysis of returned products from customers
- Coordinate technical analysis by cross functional teams
- Support Quality Engineer in product launch and line sustaining
- SPC trend, analyze and monitor \xef\xbb\xbfKPI, suggest improvements and escalate to supervisor, if necessary
- Prepare FTQ reports and scrap reports
- Drive and communicate CAPA for 8D reports for internal and external
- Support PPAP submission
- Support Q Plan development and planning
- Support quality improvement projects.
- Support internal and external audits \xef\xbb\xbf(ISO, \xef\xbb\xbfIATF 16949, customer audit)
- Diploma Holder in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
- Experience with \xef\xbb\xbfQuality engineering tools
- Knowledge with \xef\xbb\xbfSMT process
- Knowledge with PCBA Assembly process
- Knowledge with \xef\xbb\xbfBulk \xef\xbb\xbfCapacitor fabrication process
- Excellent with time management and organization skills
