Job responsibilities

• Provide support for Process Engineers on NPI/NPQ product trials
• Support Engineers to create process parameters and run DOE trials for new product development
• Support Process engineers on the safe launch/pilot run when new products are launched in the production phase
• Support to collect data and information related to NPI/NPQ, engineering trials/DOEs and safe launch, etc.
• Gathering data, records, and making sure records are filed correctly
• Preliminary repair and maintenance of the Engineering equipment or equipment used by Engineering
• Support Process engineers on the technical issues in the production line
• Maintain good house-keeping of the machines assigned to engineering
• Oversee raw material, tooling inventory, maintain safety requirements
• Establish and maintain a good audit system for ISO requirements, internal and QA audit on process documentation
• Support to debug and analyse technical issues in production line
• Experience in semiconductor assembly backend process such as Die Attach, Wire Bond, Encapsulation and testing will be added advantage
• Experience in semiconductor assembly backend maintenance of machines such as Die Attach, Wire Bond, Encapsulation and testing will also be added advantage
• Hands on knowledge on Muehlbauer encapsulation and testing machines is a major plus point

  Minimum \xe2\x80\x98O\xe2\x80\x99 level
• Experience in Assembly Dicing, Die Attach, Wire Bond, Encapsulation and Testing process is a plus
• Candidates with good relevant experience can be considered Engineering Assistance post
• Independent and good team player
• Ability to communicate well within all levels of the organization
