Location: Alexandra Technopark Industry: Japanese MNC - Consumer Electronics Industry Working hours: 8.45am - 5.30pm (Mon-Fri) Salary Range: Up to $3,500.00 This is a Permanent position. RESPONS Location: Alexandra Technopark Industry: Japanese MNC - Consumer Electronics Industry Working hours: 8.45am - 5.30pm (Mon-Fri) Salary Range: Up to $3,500.00 This is a Permanent position. RESPONSIBILITIES Provide technical and debug assistance included product training for local market. Handle product, technical, warranty, spare parts enquiries and complaints from end-customers, distributors, dealers and e-commerce platform and prepare service documents. Study in-warranty claims, compiling of F-Cost report from local market. Monitor quality issue and abnormal defect for local field feedback, make report to factory, take necessary action against warehouse, distributor and factory. Create training materials, technical procedures, service manuals and part guides for local distributors. Local FOC part management and from factory Handle defective unit exchange to end customer, follow up defective unit repair, checking and grading at contractor before return to warehouse. Support renewal of COC, WELS testing, Environment policy and registration for new product. Assist to conduct field test for new products as and when is required. REQUIREMENTS Minimum Diploma in Engineering or related discipline Minimum 2 years of experience of experience in engineering industry. Possessed knowledge in PCB (Printed Circuit Board). Product technical knowledge in home appliances and small kitchen appliances is an added advantage. Proficient in MS Office applications. Ability to work under pressure.
