Job Responsibilities . Assist Engineers to analyse production processes, schedules, methods and other data and make recommendations for improvements . Assist to write up documentation i.e. workflow, work instructions . Duty on internal committee such as ISO, BCM . Lead multi-department project . Ensure company's manufacturing processes are in compliance with all government laws and regulations Requirements: . Diploma/Degree in Precision Engineering . Relevant experience in production planning and manufacturing operations in assembly and testing semiconductor industry . Strong analytical skills and experience in addressing production line management issues Good communication, interpersonal skills and able to work with people at all levels
