Position Tittle : Engineering Assistant/Executive

Industry: Digital Printing Services

Working Hour: 8.30am - 6.15pm (45 mins of lunch break)

Working Day: 5 days per week

Working Location : Batu Pahat or Shah Alam

Salary Range: RM2000 - 3000

Benefits: Transport Allowance, OT, Bonus, Flexible working hour (Depend on approval of management), Outstation Allowance

Jobs Description:

• Collaborating with other engineers and workers to design, develop, test, and improve products and engineering processes.
• Evaluating all products and processes and ensuring standardization of quality assurance measures.
• Prepares engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends; discussing these findings with the senior engineer.
• Resolves engineering problems by collecting and analyzing information, modifying engineering techniques, and performing installations.
• Maintains and improves quality results by completing quality assurance tests.
• Assist production to achieve target output with quality product.
• Ensure establishing all manufacturing equipment and produce product according to set quality standards and validated settings.

Job Requirement:

• Must have at least Diploma in Engineering or related Industrial Engineering
• Fresh Graduate are welcome
• Preferably relevant printing or label and packaging industry experience
• Relevant experience in developing manufacturing process flow is a plus
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Computer literate (eg. ERP, Microsoft Excel, Word) is required
• Able to multi-task in fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge in process creation
• Logical thinking in product development
