JOB SCOPES

1. Engineering,


To be trained with the knowledge of heavy equipment & Engine, and Spare Parts.

2. Customer Management,


Respond to customers enquiry Handle customers complain. Provide customer solution.

3. Leadership,


Point of contact between customers and team of technicians. Following on work progression. Coordinate works with various parties.

4. Administrative,


Issuing of work order. Purchase of parts. Paperwork.

REQUIREMENTS:

Administrative experience in Industrial/ Engineering/ Workshop environment

OR

Degree/ Diploma in Engineering (If doesnt have experience). Training will be provided.

WHO IS SUITABLE:

Candidates who:


have a Degree in Engineering and keen with non-hand on technical roles. is a Technician/ Engineer who are keen with office-based work instead of workshop. is Technician/ Engineer who keen to transition to Sales/ Customer Service role. is Executive who currently working in Industrial/ Engineering/ Workshop environment.

BENEFITS:

Remuneration: Basic $3000 $4500. 1 months guaranteed bonus. Performance Bonus (Historical record of 3 months) Annual Leave 16 - 21 days PA. Childcare leaves up to 6 days PA. Hospital leaves up to 60 days PA. Health benefits. 5 days work per week, 8.00am - 5.00pm. Company buses pick up and drop off across Singapore.
