\xc2\xb7 Good Knowledge on overall Engineering Life Phases.

\xc2\xb7 Interdisciplinary Co-ordination & Conflict Management.

\xc2\xb7 Participate to Design Review & Intervein/mediate to actions requires cross functional resolutions.

\xc2\xb7 Client Comment Analysis on Submissions and Comment resolution.

\xc2\xb7 Overall Quality Management System Implementation.

\xc2\xb7 Deliverable Quality check through Interdisciplinary check (IDC) process.

\xc2\xb7 Quality Department Audit Feedback & Responsible for Improvement Notes & Observation close-out.

\xc2\xb7 Develop, Control & Update Project Quality Procedures, Templates & Formats in co-ordination with technical Discipline.

\xc2\xb7SPOC for Lesson Learnt. Capture, review and maintain the database for the same

\xc2\xb7SPOC for Value Engineering. Analyse/Review Value Engineering ideas, Feedback to Project Manager and ensure effective implementation.

\xc2\xb7 Facilitate Engineering Discipline for RCA (Root Cause Analysis) sessions.

\xc2\xb7 Interfacing between Engineering & PMT team for grey areas (Not with definitive Ownership/responsibility).

\xc2\xb7 Arrange Continuous Improvement Initiatives through day in day out action.

\xc2\xb7 3D Model Review, Participation & Coordination, Hazop/ SIL participation

\xc2\xb7Site activities like Input gathering, Data Collection, Coordination with stake holders (Customer, Vendor, Contractor, Operation & Maintenance team ,Offshore team etc)

Qualifications / Experience

\xc2\xb7 Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE/ME/BTech/MTech/B.S./M.S.) from a reputed institute.

\xc2\xb7 12-20 years of experience in Piping design. At least 10 years of experience of Downstream projects in Oil and Gas Sector.

\xc2\xb7 Familiarity of relevant codes and standards for Oil and Gas Industry.

\xc2\xb7 Good understanding of Project lifecycle, Piping detail engineering, timelines and milestones.

\xc2\xb7 Good understanding of Interdiscipline interfaces and coordination.

\xc2\xb7 Good understanding of Turn Around (MOC), Outages, brown field and revamp projects.

\xc2\xb7 Good working knowledge of engineering on 3D platform (PDMS, SP3D, etc.).

\xc2\xb7 Good English communication skills - verbal and written.
