key role in supporting the business development and commercial activities. This position preparing proposals and quotations, sourcing, purchasing materials, purchasing equipment, and services required for projects, coordinating with internal departments, supporting strategic business growth.Assist in the preparation of commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents for projects. Liaise with internal team to understand requirements and ensure proposals meet technical and commercial expectations. Maintain and update customer databases and track ongoing commercial opportunities. Support contract management, including monitoring of deliverables, milestones, and variation orders. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support pricing strategies and identify new business opportunities. Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and exhibitions as needed. Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal standards in all commercial transactions. Source and evaluate suppliers for marine equipment, steel, machinery, outfitting items, and other materials. Issue RFQs (Requests for Quotation), evaluate bids, and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules. Place purchase orders and track deliveries to ensure on-time supply for production and project teams. Maintain procurement records, including supplier data, pricing, contracts, and performance reviews. Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings or alternative sourcing. Manage logistics, customs clearance (if applicable), and inventory alignment with warehouse and logistics teams.

Job Requirement

Strong communication and negotiation skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office and business communication tools. Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
