We pride ourselves on our reputation for service excellence and we are committed to servicing the best by the best.1) Engineering \xe2\x80\x93 Lineside Engineering (SRENLR)

• Lean/ improvements \xe2\x80\x93 identify opportunities for new or improved manufacturing process to meet current or future requirements. Identify, capture and share best practise; capture and utilize lessons learned working closely with operation & cell manufacturing engineers.
• Assist supervisor in Workspace creep management control that deviates from standard including work instructions clarifications.
• HSE \xe2\x80\x93 practise full compliance to Health, Safety & Environmental standards and meet the expectations of the Zero Harm Programme in SAESL, for tasks that are assigned by the supervisor.
• Assist the lineside engineers to prepare the TV pack for TV submission and supporting the engineers on parts review.

2) Engineering - Overhaul Support (SRENOH)

• Handling and reviewing OEM (Rolls-Royce) technical publications
• Handling and reviewing Airworthiness Directives
• MOR production line (including engine test) exposure
• Exposure to actual event engines and work with the engineers to understand the thought process behind the root cause analysis
• Data handling and performance monitoring
• Projects for industrial 4.0 (MES) transformation

3) Engineering \xe2\x80\x93 Lineside Engineering for Engine Overhaul (SRENLO)

• Implement (features, functionality) and maintain plant-wide Operations response system;
• Carry out data-analysis and provide inputs into improving existing processes from data collected in Operations response system; and
• Develop and implement work instruction accuracy tracker using Power Automate and Sharepoint.

Interns will support Line Side Engineers in reviewing and resolving technical issues from daily engine overhaul operations. Interns will be exposed to how parts are inspected, assessed and accepted through technical variance if found non-conforming.
