Duties & Responsibilities:

• Support production activities, daily file confirmations, engineering specifications, process flows and other information to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Analyze current manufacturing process and workforce utilization, propose and execute improvement plan to increase efficiency.
• Perform other tasks as and when required and assigned.
• Develop small in-house tool to digitalise production data
• Any other special projects as specified, as and when.

You shall at all times during the employment with the company, respect and comply with the Thales security requirements during the performance of his/her duties.

You have the responsibility to understand and apply all rules concerning Health, Security and Environment (HSE) that are applicable to the position including use of products, handling and posture, operation instructions and personal protection equipment.

Education Level, Qualifications and Certifications:

• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science or equivalent.
• Some software development skills preferred

• Possess professional maturity, takes personal responsibility/accountability and is a team player.
• Possess initiative to handle improvement and upgrading activities
