Job Description

Purpose statement: \xc2\xa7 To improve work efficiency through creation of clear documentation to guide users on machine technical information including but not limited to operating, maintenance, user manual, work instructions and machine checklist. Essential Functions: \xc2\xa7 Write and/or update operation and maintenance manuals. \xc2\xa7 Convert complex information to readable and understandable form for various audiences. \xc2\xa7 Develop and capture best practices into standard works for critical work activities \xc2\xa7 Conduct training for all relevant group based on established standard works. \xc2\xa7 Understand and translate established processes into process mapping diagrams. \xc2\xa7 Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management. \xc2\xa7 Practice safe work practices and comply with IDT safety policy. \xc2\xa7 Comply with IDT\xe2\x80\x99s Quality Policy and adhere to ISO 9001 Standards & requirements. Education: \xc2\xa7 Any diploma/ bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Sciences or Engineering undergraduates. \xc2\xa7 Industrial Engineering undergraduates will be advantageous. Professional Experience: \xc2\xa7 Basic knowledge of GMP and GDP in the life science industry \xc2\xa7 Proficient with Microsoft Office products \xc2\xa7 Possess good command of written and excellent in communication skill Other Job Qualifications \xc2\xa7 Naturally curious-innovative, creative, and constantly looking for ways to tweak and optimize processes \xc2\xa7 Must be comfortable working with chemicals and follow proper safety and handling instructions. \xc2\xa7 Must be able to collaborate well with cross functional teams and work independently with limited supervision when required. \xc2\xa7 Must be able to interact in a professional manner with employees, and all levels of management.
