Job Overview


As the Engineering Lead of Fellou.ai , you will lead the product engineering team, be responsible for the engineering implementation during the product development process, and ensure the smooth development and high - quality delivery of products.




Main Responsibilities


- Develop and execute the product engineering development plan, including task allocation, progress tracking, quality control, etc., to ensure the on - time completion of the project.


Lead and manage the product engineering team, provide technical guidance, solve problems, and build the team to improve the overall combat effectiveness of the team. Collaborate closely with product, design, testing, and other departments to ensure the consistency between engineering implementation and product requirements and improve the user experience of the product. Optimize development processes and tools, improve development efficiency and quality, and promote the continuous improvement and innovation of the team.


Qualifications


Have rich product engineering development experience, be familiar with the entire software development process and engineering management methods. Have a successful track record of leading an engineering team, and be able to effectively motivate and manage team members.
- Have a good technical background and problem - solving ability, and be able to deal with various technical challenges and engineering problems.


* Have excellent communication and collaboration skills, and be able to effectively communicate and coordinate with different departments.
