Job Summary:

We are looking for an ambitious and technically strong

Engineering Lead

to head our Singapore-based

Client Facing Applications (CFA)

team. You'll play a key role in driving the development and scalability of integrations within a cutting-edge cybersecurity platform - helping organisations understand how they could be hacked, in real-time.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor the Singapore CFA Engineering team, overseeing delivery, career development, and day-to-day coaching to build a high-performing culture.

Strategic Delivery:

Drive the execution of a scalable integration strategy in alignment with the global CFA roadmap, ensuring consistency in technical standards and delivery practices.

Architecture & Design:

Define and design standardisation and normalisation layers that enable rapid integration development and deployment.

Workflow Design:

Architect and optimise data workflows between the core platform and a wide range of external integrations.

Client-Focused Engineering:

Collaborate with enterprise clients to gather integration requirements, align technical solutions, and deliver seamless connectivity.

Technical Problem-Solving:

Tackle large-scale data and infrastructure challenges ensuring performance, scalability, and client data control.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with product, platform, and data teams to align engineering priorities and ensure smooth end-to-end delivery.

Ideal Experience:

5+ years of experience

leading and managing engineering teams

, including performance reviews, coaching, and career development. Proven track record in

building and scaling engineering functions

within early-stage or growth-stage B2B startups serving enterprise clients. Strong background in designing, implementing, and managing

integrations

(push, pull, bidirectional syncs) across cloud, vulnerability management, and data platforms. Experience developing

SOPs and integration frameworks

for rapid and consistent deployment. Proficiency with

cloud platforms

(AWS, Azure, GCP) and

containerization

(Docker, Kubernetes). Expertise in:

Backend:

Node.js, TypeScript

Frontend:

React.js, TypeScript

Database:

MySQL

Other Tools:

ECS, K8s, Airflow, Kafka, Serverless, AWS
Experience working in

Agile

and

DevOps-oriented

environments. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across global teams.
